Refund & Content Use Policy

Please read this policy before purchasing. By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

All Sales Are Final

Because this course includes immediate access to proprietary digital content, training materials, and live support, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the course description and contact us with any questions before enrolling.

No refunds, credits, transfers, or prorated refunds will be provided for missed sessions, failure to complete the course, scheduling conflicts, or a change of mind. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Single-Purchaser License

Your purchase provides one personal, limited, non-transferable license for the named purchaser to access and use the course for their own education and business development.

No Sharing or Distribution

Course access and content are intended only for the purchaser. You may not share login details, videos, recordings, downloads, worksheets, templates, slides, Zoom links, written materials, or any other course content with another person or organization.

You may not copy, record, reproduce, upload, publish, sell, license, distribute, display, teach from, or create derivative materials from the course content without prior written permission from GroupCruiseGuru.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of course access without a refund. GroupCruiseGuru reserves the right to protect its intellectual property and pursue available remedies when necessary.
